Question 1: The bass of the first song goes in the same rhythm. The notes for that are used for the bass is E & B, The it's A & E, then it's D  & A. It goes in a root throughout the song.

Question 2: I think the genre of the King Tubby song is DUB because of the:
1. Fast drum beat
2. The form of how the bass goes.
